How Long Does a Korean Lash Lift Last?

The visible results of a Korean Lash Lift typically last approximately four to eight weeks. Longevity varies according to your natural lash-growth cycle, lash condition, growth rate, aftercare, and how your lashes respond to the treatment.

A lash lift changes the shape of the section of hair that is processed, but it does not stop the lashes from growing or renewing themselves. As an actively growing lash lengthens, the lifted section gradually moves farther away from the eyelid, while new growth emerges from the follicle in its natural direction. Natural lashes do not all grow and shed at once. Each lash progresses independently through three main stages: anagen, the active-growth phase; catagen, the transition phase; and telogen, the resting and eventual shedding phase. Can an Overcurled Lash Lift Be Corrected?

A lash lift works by temporarily reducing some of the disulfide bonds within the lash’s keratin structure.
